If you have a serious pest problem, you will probably want to use chemicals as your first line of defense. More organic methods are better for prevention, once your original problem is long gone. If you have serious concerns about the chemicals used to kill the insects, though, talk to your chosen company about it. They may be able to allay your concerns.
